As for All Fours, the more I read, the more impatient and frustrated I feel toward the entirely self-absorbed and self-indulgent main character. Her occasional smart, funny lines keep me reading, and I only have 30 pages left so I'll finish it, but I want the hours of my life I spent reading it back.
